What types of payments do you accept?
At this time we accept PAYPAL(CREDIT CARDS ONLINE ONLY VIA PAYPAL)CASH,CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS. Payment is due in full and checks must clear before we start to bake.

What is the minimum order requirement?
We keep very low minimum order requirements because we know everyone has a limited party budget. It is either 10 Cookie Favors ,1 Designer Party Tray or 1 Cookie Box.

Do you offer Tastings?
At this time, we do not offer complimentary tastings but we guarntee you will love our yummy sugar cookie products! You can however place a sample cookie order at the discounted rate.You can order this off of the cookie colors/packaging page.
PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO REFUNDS DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR HANDMADE PRODUCTS! NO EXCEPTIONS!

How do I recieve my order?
We send our orders priority mail at this time in the local Ohio area only or order can be picked up.Order pick-up must have an appoinment time and day arranged. Free delivery is offered up to 5 miles.Local delivery fee is an extra $25 due to rising gas costs.We will schedule and coordinate a delivery time that works for you to meet your needs.

WE SHIP PRIORITY MAIL 2 DAY ONLY . FLAT FEE OF $14.50 WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.
WE ALSO DELIVER LOCALLY FOR $25 WITHIN A 30 MINUTE RADIUS or you can pick your cookies up for free. PLEASE NOTE COOKIES THAT ARE DELIVERED OR PICKED UP DO NOT COME IN A CLEAR TOP BOX. THEY ARE DELIVERED IN A CLEAR CELLOPHANE BAG ONLY. Cookies that are shipped come in a clear bag inside of a clear top flat box.

When is the latest I can place my order?
Minimum order is 10 cookie favors or 1 designer party tray. We suggest you place your order at least 3 weeks or more in advance prior to actual party date. We make your gourmet items handmade fresh and only book a maximum of Three parties a week to ensure your order's quality and our individualized attention. BOOK NOW AS DATES ARE ALREADY FILLING UP QUICKLY!We will contact you if we cannot accomodate your order in time.

Do you offer color and name customization?
Cookie colors and very short words may be customized. Contact us to see if we can meet your needs. We offer free customization and personalization on any order You get to choose up to three standard colors for your order.

STANDARD COLORS TO CHOOSE FROM ARE: Tiffany Blue, Light Blue, Pink, Orange, Yellow, Green, Purple,White and Black. For colors not listed such as red, it is an extra color substitute charge of $.75 cents per cookie. (See Cookie Colors/Packaging Page) Contact us Directly for this service.

How long do the cookies and cakes stay fresh?
The cookies stay fresh wrapped and packaged for a duration of about 5-7 days and cannot be refrigerated due to the delicate fondant topping. We suggest you serve them as soon as possible for the cookies to be at their freshest and looking their best.

What is the type of packaging that comes with the cookies?
Each individual cookie favor is carefully wrapped in a clear, cellophane bag tied with a matching ribbon. Cookies are all individual wrapped for party trays. Cookies are delivered in a throw-away aluminum foil tray for party tray orders not shown on website.(Only avilable when delivered locally) We suggest you use a nice platter to serve them on at your party. What are the ingredients for the cookies and icing?
Cookies are standard sugar cookies decorated with a very light fondant icing and light corn syrup to hold on the decorations. We use only the best satin ice fondant icing that is used on fancy wedding cakes.Some of the select cookies have an additional edible marker design. If you are allergic to any of the ingredients listed below do not consume our products.
Fondant Icing Ingredients:
Sugar, corn syrup, water, palm oil, natural and artificial flavor,gum tragacanth, titamium dioxide, glycerine, cellulose gum, modified corn starch, potassium sorbate, and acetic acid.
Edible Marker Ingredients:
Contains FDA APPROVED edible food coloring. Propylene Glycol,purified water,yellow #5 or #6, red #40 or #3, blue #1 and one or more of the following. SODIUM BENZOATE, CITRIC ACID,METHYL PARABEN OR PROPYL PARABEN (AS PRESERVATIVES)
Cookie Dough Ingredients:
Enriched bleached flour (wheat flour,niacin,iron,thaimin mononitrate (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2),folic acid, sugar, vegetable oil (palm, soybean and/or cottonseed oils), skim milk, water, contains 2% or less of each of the following: eggs, baking soda,salt,natural and artificial flavors, soy flour
